Supply Chain Governance and Development

A Supply Chain is the sequence of processes involved in the production and distribution of a commodity. Its activities involve the transformation of natural resources, raw materials, and components into a finished product that is delivered to the end customer.

With respect to Supply Chain Governance, we implement a very simple Run-time Governance Framework employing CEP  to ensure the Supply Chain functions as intended. We can also implement a Static Governance Model if desired.

With respect to Supply Chain Development, we provide a "Blockchain" implementation that, by virtue of its innate capabilities, delivers the following benefits:

  • Minimization of delivery costs.

  • Minimization of errors.

  • Identification of supply chain problems more quickly.

  • Reduction or elimination of the need for audits.

  • Reduction of fraud.

  • Reduction in delays due to paperwork (note that the processing of documents and information for a container shipment is estimated to cost from between 25% to more than 200% of the actual cost of physical transportation).
